본 이용 약관(이하 "약관")은 Tuney.kr에서 제공하는 무료 "커스텀 도메인"( "개인 도메인" 또는 "브랜드 도메인" 또는 "서브도메인 ") 단축 서비스 사용에 관련된 약관을 설명합니다. 인덱스 페이지란 특정 도메인 이름과 연결된 기본 페이지 또는 홈페이지를 나타냅니다. 방문자가 도메인의 루트로 이동할 때 보게 되는 기본 페이지입니다. 하지만 개인 도메인으로 URL 단축 목적 용도로 사용 시 개인 도메인 인덱스 페이지의 필요성은 줄어듭니다. 귀하는 본인이 소유한 도메인이나 서브도메인을 저희 커스텀 도메인 서비스를 통해 사용할 경우 도메인의 인덱스 페이지에 대한 모든 액세스 및 사용을 허용하고 이러한 이용 약관에 책임과 의무를 갖는다는 데 동의합니다.
1. 콘텐츠 표시 및 광고 위치
1.1 위치: 이 약관에 동의함으로써 귀하는 당사가 소유하는 개인 도메인 인덱스 페이지에 콘텐츠 및 광고를 표시할 수 있는 권한을 부여합니다. 광고 및 그 내용의 위치는 당사의 활용 요건에 따라 결정합니다.
1.2 표시: 당사는 귀하의 개인 도메인 인덱스 페이지에 표시되는 콘텐츠 및 광고 형식, 크기 및 모양을 결정할 권리를 보유합니다. 콘텐츠에는 텍스트, 이미지, 배너 또는 기타 형태의 광고 자료가 포함될 수 있습니다.
2. 법률 및 정책 준수
2.1 규정 준수: 당사와 귀하는 개인 도메인 인덱스 페이지에 콘텐츠 및 광고 표시와 관련된 모든 관련 법률, 규정 및 업계 표준을 준수하는 데 동의합니다. 여기에는 지적 재산권, 개인 정보 보호 및 소비자 보호와 관련된 법률 및 규정이 포함되지만 이에 국한되지 않습니다.
2.2 금지된 콘텐츠: 당사와 귀하는 개인 도메인 인덱스 페이지에 불법, 침해, 기만, 공격적이거나 당사 정책 또는 제3자의 권리를 위반하는 콘텐츠를 표시하는 것이 금지됩니다. 당사는 간혹 부적절하거나 규정을 위반하는 것으로 간주되는 콘텐츠나 광고를 제거할 의무가 있습니다.
3. 면책
저희 개인 도메인 서비스를 사용함으로써 귀하는 당사의 콘텐츠 및 광고를 개인 도메인 인덱스 페이지에 허용하므로 당사와의 조건으로 인해 발생하거나 관련된 어떠한 청구, 손해, 손실, 책임, 지출 또는 비용(합리적인 변호사 비용 포함), 법 또는 규정 위반 또는 제3자의 권리 침해로부터 당사를 면책하고 보호하는 데 동의합니다.
4. 해지
당사는 사전 통지 없이 어떤 이유로든 언제든지 본 계약을 종료하고 개인 도메인 서비스를 중단할 수 있는 권한을 보유합니다. 귀하도 또한 당사 서비스를 가리키는 개인 도메인 DNS 레코드를 모두 제거하여 본 계약을 종료할 수 있습니다. 종료하게되면 개인 도메인을 통한 단축 링크는 더 이상 리디렉션이 되지 않습니다.
5. 수정 사항
당사는 귀하에게 통지하고 언제든지 본 이용 약관을 수정할 수 있습니다. 본 약관의 수정 사항을 검토하고 이해하는 것은 귀하의 책임입니다. 수정 발효일 이후에도 개인 도메인 서비스를 계속 사용하면 수정된 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
7. 준거법 및 관할권
본 도메인 약관은 발효일 기준으로 미국 캘리포니아주 법률에 따라 규율되고 해석됩니다. 본 계약과 관련하여 발생하는 모든 분쟁은 미국 캘리포니아 법원의 배타적 관할권에 따릅니다.
이 이용약관을 수락함으로써 귀하는 이 약관 내용을 정확히 읽고 이해했으며 이에 대한 책임과 의무를 갖고있다는 데 동의함을 인정합니다.

The definition of a custom domain index page refers to the main or home page associated with a particular domain name. It is the default page that visitors see when they navigate to the root of the domain. By providing a free custom domain service to our customers, you are to allow our full access and usage of your domain index page, and you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Advertising Placement and Display
1.1 Placement: By agreeing to these terms, you authorize us to display advertisements and its content on your domain index page. The placement of the advertisements and its content will be determined by us in our sole discretion.
1.2 Display: We reserve the right to determine the format, size, and appearance of the advertisements and its content displayed on your domain index page. The content may include text, images, banners, or other forms of advertising material.
2. Compliance with Laws and Policies
2.1 Compliance: We and you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to the display of advertising on your domain index page. This includes, but is not limited to, laws and regulations related to intellectual property rights, privacy, and consumer protection.
2.2 Prohibited Content: We and you are prohibited from displaying any content on your domain index page that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, offensive, or otherwise violates our policies or the rights of third parties. We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate or in violation of this Agreement.
3. Indemnification
By using our custom domain service, you allow our content and its advertising on your domain index page, therefore you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to our Agreement, violation of any law or regulation, or infringement of any third-party rights.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and remove your custom domain at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. You may also terminate this Agreement by removing all your domains DNS records that are pointing to our service. Upon termination, you will no longer be able to redirect your links that are using your domain.
5. Modifications
We may modify these terms and conditions at any time by providing notice to you. It is your responsibility to review and understand any modifications to this Agreement. Continued usage of custom domain service after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Domain Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, US. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California, US.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
